According to the National Sleep Foundation’s Executive Summary Report of 2007, “There were 100,000 police reported crashes, 71 injuries, and 1550 deaths that were reported to have been the result of drowsy driving in the United States.” www.sleepfoundation.org We want to urge all commercial drivers & pilots that snore or fall asleep during times of inactivity to undergo a full service sleep disorder evaluation.
